Tanzania Northern Safari takes you through 5 popular national parks in Tanzania. In Arusha national park take a hike up Mount Meru to view the park as you head to Lake Manyara national park.

Serengeti national park is quite unique for its high concentration of big mammals including the endangered black rhino. In all the national parks you will go on game drives. Walking safaris can be arranged at the lodges of campsites.

Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area features the plains, lakes, craters and dormant volcanoes. A picnic lunch and game drive is a better way to spend time here Ngorongoro.

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up by our Driver/Guide and start your safari, Proceed to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive with Picnic Lunch. Entering the park you will realize without doubt, the most impressive feature of Tarangire is the park's elephant migration, when huge herds push through to Tarangire's river system and swamps during the dry season. Day 3 :

Karatu - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast drive to Serengeti National Park through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area arriving in time for lunch. On your Serengeti Central Game Drive Exploring the Serengeti well known for its abundant resident wildlife, with lion, leopard, elephant and buffalo all present. They share the park
with cheetah, Thomson's and Grant's gazelle, topi, eland, waterbuck, hyena, baboon, impala, African wild dog and giraffe to name a few.

The park also boasts about 500 bird species, including ostrich, secretary bird, Kori bustard, crowned crane, marabou stork, martial eagle, lovebirds and many species of vultures making it a perfect destination for bird lovers. Experiencing some two million wildebeest and zebra make their way across the plains in pursuit of the rains, closely followed by predators.

Day 4 :

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, head for game viewing drive along the Sogore River Circuit, which loops into the plains south of the Seronera River, a great option for viewing lions, gazelles, topis, ostrich’s and cheetah sightings.

Enjoy a relaxed picnic lunch before heading to the Kopjes Circuit, around the Maasai Kopjes, that usually attract a number of lions and some formidably large cobras.

Day 5 :

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area (NCCA) which is one of the largest volcanic craters in the world. This park features rolling plains, lakes, craters, mountains and dormant volcanoes have a game drive with picnic lunch. This will be the best place for you to see the endangered black rhino almost half of what can still be found in East Africa.

There are 25,000 large mammals residing in the park amongst which are elephants mainly bulls, females stay out of the park
due to it boasting the largest predator population in Africa.

Day 6 :

Ngorongoro National Park

After Breakfast descend in the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with picnic lunch at the famous hippo pool. A home to one of the densest mammal populations in the world, the Ngorongoro Crater is one of the best places to see the Big Five (African lion, African elephant, Cape buffalo, African leopard, and Rhinoceros). Other animals like gazelle, wildebeests, zebras, cheetahs, golden jackals, and topi are also found here in large numbers.

For a relatively compact area of 260 square kilometers,
it has an astonishing number of over 500 bird species. The safaris here are amazing because you can see animals in every direction of your vehicle. Spotting the big five in one single day is highly likely.

Day 7 :

Lake Manyara - Arusha

After breakfast, proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for a thrilling game drive. After the game drive, return back to Arusha. From the entrance gate, the road winds through an expanse of lush jungle-like groundwater forest where hundred-strong baboon troops lounge nonchalantly along the roadside, blue monkeys scamper nimbly between the ancient mahogany trees, dainty bushbuck tread warily through the shadows, and outsized forest hornbills honk cacophonously in the high canopy.
Large buffalo, wildebeest and zebra herds congregate on these grassy plains, as do giraffes some so dark in coloration that they appear to be black from a distance making it a spectacular game viewing point.

Arusha National Park

You drive to Arusha National Park for morning game drive with picnic lunch. In the afternoon you will hike on the foot hills of Mount Meru. Enjoy the view of the park.
